At Clonmel Cabins we can supply office units in a variety of sizes both new and second-hand. We offer units for sale or hire depending on our customer’s needs. Units can be designed and made to suit your specific requirements.The units are fully fitted with electrics and heating as standard. We also offer transport facilities to enable us to deliver nationwide.

Technical Specifications

Floor: Hard wearing vinyl finish.
Walls: Maintenance free BSC colorcoat steel exterior, dense rigid polystyrene slab insulation in 95mm x 32mm p.a.o. Plasterboard internal lining with vinyl emulsion paint finish.
Roof: Marleydek pvc roofing membrane edge sealed and trimmed with plastisol coated steel fascia and drips.
Windows: Aluminium framed single glazed units with top opening vent.
Doors: External: Aluminium framed with plastisol coated steel panels to match external walls.
Electrics: Fluorescent Lighting, 13amp twin sockets, 2kw convector and ELCB Consumer Unit.
